I worked with Curious Agenda to create a playful, engaging illustration system designed to support curiosity, creativity and workplace connection.

The project involved developing a bespoke visual language, including character design, a custom cat mascot, reusable assets and a growing library of activity-based illustrations. Each illustration was carefully created to help communicate workshop concepts in an accessible and memorable way, transforming written activities into visual prompts that encourage participation and discussion.

From curiosity maps and creative thinking exercises to reflective challenges and team-building activities, the illustrations were designed to feel cohesive, approachable and flexible enough to evolve alongside the programme.

The result is a scalable illustration system that brings personality, warmth and consistency to the Curious Agenda experience, while providing a growing library of reusable assets for future content and workshops.
